What materials are your jewelry made of?
All our pieces are features high-quality, durable, and tarnish-resistant materials, including 316 surgical-grade stainless steel, PVD gold, and gold-plated designs. You will see the specifics on each listing. This means they’re waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and hypoallergenic. You can wear them every day without worrying about fading or rusting!
Will my jewelry tarnish?
Nope! Our stainless steel jewelry won’t tarnish or turn your skin green. It’s made to keep its shine through workouts, showers, and busy days.
Can I personalize my item?
Yes! Many of our pieces can be custom engraved with names, dates, or short messages. If personalization is available, you’ll see an option to add your engraving.
How do I care for my jewelry/keepsake?
Even though our materials are durable, we recommend keeping it away from harsh chemicals and storing it in a dry place when not in use.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We start processing orders quickly, but if you need to make changes, email us at info@heyspoilyourself.com within 8 hours of placing your order. Once your order ships, we can no longer make changes.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each piece is made to order and/or personalized, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll do what we can to make it right.
